The College of Healing Arts

Sacred Bloom College of Healing Arts trains the next generation of guides — on a conviction most of the field is still too timid to state plainly: neurodivergence is a form of brilliance, not a deficit to be corrected. The curriculum centers Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment (EBiT), Dr. Fisher’s model, built openly as a compassionate alternative to ABA.^[3]

All work begins in Validation, Acceptance, Nurture: every behavior has a purpose, every trait is a natural variation of human experience, and support should meet a person’s strengths rather than sand down their edges.

Around that core, students train in trauma-informed care, psychedelic-assisted therapy, somatic work, IFS, and the creative arts — integrating Indigenous wisdom with clinical skill, and doing their own healing as part of the education.

The evaluation is a full medical review, and it is the reason we can say yes to anyone at all. Psychedelics are not safe for everyone: a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; cardiovascular or respiratory conditions; pregnancy or breastfeeding; active substance-use issues; and a number of psychiatric medications — antidepressants especially — can each make someone an unsuitable candidate. We would far rather find that out with you at the beginning than have you find it out during a session.

Members of Sacred Bloom who are approved for this work are the only people who take part in a session or a ceremony. That follows from the paragraph above rather than sitting on top of it — the approval and the membership are the same care, written down. And if the answer turns out to be no, the therapy side of this practice is still open to you.

Scope of care

Sacred Bloom describes itself as the first academic institution to center EBiT, with faculty including licensed psychologists and Indigenous healers, campuses in Florida, Colorado, and Montana, supervised clinical work with community clients, and offerings spanning functional medicine and peptide/oxytocin-assisted therapy. We represent the College’s own description; the institutional, licensure, and medical-modality specifics are client-and-counsel verification items before they publish. The heritage and the EBiT philosophy stand as the founder’s own.
