Evidence-based anxiety therapy suggests surprisingly good news.

"three times more likely to be in excellent mental health than those without a confidant."

Recovery rates are high!

Anxious?

If you've never said the word "anxiety" out loud to anyone, you're actually in the clear majority. Nearly one in five adults has an anxiety disorder in a given year, but only seven in ten of them never seek or receive any treatment for anxiety symptoms[1] at all.

Anxiety is one of the most treatable conditions in mental health. For instance, in a large, nationally representative Canadian survey, 72% of people with a history of generalized anxiety disorder had been free of it for at least a year — and 40% reported excellent mental health overall.

We can help

Researchers concluded that individuals with "at least one person in their lives who provided them with a sense of emotional security and wellbeing were three times more likely to be in excellent mental health than those without a confidant."[2]

Cognitive behavioral therapy — the best-studied approach we have — also roughly triples the odds of improved response compared to no treatment[3]. You don't need to have tried everything else first.

You just need to start.

I have been working with Bionic Bloom for about a year now and the treatment I've received has been nothing short of life-changing. I was able to make major changes in my life that I had previously struggled with for over 10 years on my own and with other therapists and psychiatrists. The help I've gotten from Bionic Bloom has been very effective for me.

I've been on my personal growth journey about a decade now. I have a pretty intense, sometimes traumatic, day job. Besides that, life has its own curveballs that it likes to throw at you at times. Bionic Bloom has proven to be, hands down, the best therapy office I've come across. I've been coming here for the past year. I can truly say that My time spent here has been the most healing. All of the staff here are truly fantastic. They are kind, understanding, and really care about you as an individual. I can't recommend bionic boom enough. Thank you all for what you do!

My girlfriend recommended this clinic to me. I have to say, as someone who is experienced in the psychedelic therapy world and tried many different sacraments, this is the most accessible and cheapest route I know of personally. Some of the products are pretty expensive up front, but the long term benefit and use from them rivals pretty much any pharmaceutical I've taken. They also have some really reasonably priced products as well, but I haven't personally tried some of them yet. The people I've dealt with in their office have all been SUPER kind to me, and I always feel welcome. If I've ever run into any problem, it is usually solved in a reasonable amount of time and I feel like they actually care to fix it and make me feel accommodated. Very thankful I found them.

Bionic Bloom has not only been a lifesaver for myself, but my entire family. Previously misdiagnosed and incorrectly overmedicated, I stumbled across Dr. Fischer on Psychology Today. Before Dr. Fischer I was taking 8 medications a day for mental problems I did not have, and was thrown around from Dr. to Dr. ignoring my actual issues, calling me a “drug seeker” even though I was begging to get off these medications. Since then I've not only been properly diagnosed, but gotten the help I ACTUALLY need. No medication needed, just actual help and care. My husband has also since began seeing a therapist in this practice because of similar reasons: drs ignoring the actual issues and using their clients for money. This is a place you will NOT have those issues, no matter who in the practice you see. Everyone works together in the name of care for the patients. On top of that Dr. Fischer recognized I was struggling to get proper care and help for my autistic children, and has done everything she could in her power to help. My son sees Dr. Carey and she's been such a life saver for him. There will always be issues with trying to figure out the electronic side of things(video calls, insurance confusion, etc.) no matter where you go, but Dr. Fischer and her practice have always tried their hardest to avoid those issues, and if they do happen, fix it to the best of their abilities. I would and have recommend this practice and these people to anyone I could, to get the care for their mental health and peace that they deserve.

If you have tried other therapy practices in the past that left you feeling that therapy might not be for you, I implore you to give Bionic Bloom a go. I'm a huge advocate for therapy, as I have done therapy on and off my entire life. Bionic Bloom is welcoming, warm and is like energy for my tired, achy soul. The entire staff is compassionate, kind and I am so thankful I followed my gut and decided to reach out to start back in therapy here. I've found my new therapy home. A place where I feel like I can be my 100% unfiltered self, and process the traumas of being a human in this wild world in such a positive and healing way. The space itself is located on the edge of down town. I find parking a block away is easiest for me vs. parking in a garage. The actual location itself feels like you are walking into a zen yoga studio. The owners have really done an amazing job making this spot feel like a retreat from the day to day. I've seen Monica a handful of times now and already feel like I was guided there to continue growing and learning about myself. I'll also be seeing the doctor there as well. One of my favorite therapists in the past told me once that it was important to try different therapists, as each one has different things they can teach and offer. I've found this to be true, but because it's so hard to find ONE therapist I feel comfortable around, it's always turned into me going periods of time without a therapist while I search for "the right fit". Bionic Bloom offers many different therapy types, and while I 150% adore Monica, I also have the option of switching it up with different therapists if I would like to that offer other modalities. That's pretty incredible in my book. Anyways, if you have never done therapy and this is the first place you are trying - it will forever be your gold standard. If you are returning to therapy or looking to switch, this place will exceed your expectations. I've been raving to my friends about how great this place is!!!
